Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) is an ongoing process in which educators work together to achieve better results for the students they serve. The Jefferson Parish Public School System joins numerous high performing districts around the state and nation by holding early-release days for PLCs. By dismissing students two and a half hours early, teachers have time embedded into the day for this professional development.
