Registration is now open for nonpublic and home study students who are eligible to take the LEAP State Assessment. The parent or guardian must register the student at the school the student would attend if they were not in a nonpublic school or home schooled. The registration dates are from April 11–22.
Home study students are eligible to take LEAP in grades 3 through 8. The tested subjects are English Language Arts, Math, and Science. Nonpublic school students are eligible to take LEAP in grades 4 and 8. The tested subjects are English Language Arts and Math only.
