Notice for Employees with Humana Vision Pretax Deduction

The payroll department discovered an error that over reported state and federal taxable wages associated with the Humana Vision Pretax deduction for 1300 District employees. If you have a Humana Vision Pretax deduction, corrected W2 forms will be distributed the week of February 1, 2016. Once you receive the corrected form, please destroy the previously issued W2 form.
