Administrative offices at 501 Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey and 4600 River Road in Marrero will be open. The Emenes Building at 822 South Clearview Parkway in Elmwood will be closed. Employees who work in the Emenes Building are to report to the administration building at 501 Manhattan Boulevard.
