
Student transfer forms are available online and at the Compliance Office, 501 Manhattan Blvd., Harvey, LA. Schools that must offer choice will send Act 853 information home with students on the first day of school. All forms must be hand delivered to the Compliance Office. The deadline to return the transfer request to Compliance is August 18, 2017. Please contact the Compliance Office at 504-365-5312 if you have any questions or concerns.
